ClearPath Senior Holdings, LLC (CSH) was given approval by the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee to build a 58‐bed assisted living facility in Rolla, Missouri. The city of Rolla is situated in the south-central region of the state of Missouri approximately 100 miles southwest of St. Louis. Rolla has a population of approximately 19,500. The $7.5 million project will consist of a single story, 38,000 square foot structure that features 52 studio, one‐bedroom, and two‐bedroom units. The facility will be located on East Lions Club Drive east of Highway 63. Construction began in July 2017, and a completion date is projected for July 2018.
