Jim Eisenhart is a Co-Founding Principal of ClearPath Senior Holdings, LLC. Jim is a also the Managing Principal of ClearPath Development, LLC. Jim brings with him over 20 years of real estate development experience from his role first as a principal in a family limited partnership, Eisenhart Real Estate Company LP, and as a key principal for McEagle Development. Jim is a 1992 graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia – The Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri.
Jeff Binder is a Co-Founding Principal of ClearPath Senior Holdings, LLC. Jeff is also the Principal & Managing Director of Senior Living Investment Brokerage, Inc. Jeff has over $1 billion in senior housing transactional experience since joining the firm, which includes the successful completion of over 100 different seniors housing transactions. Jeff obtained a BA in Business Administration from Westminster College and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University. He is also a Member of the Appraisal Institute. Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker and received a MAI designation from the Member Appraisal Institute
Brent St.John is a Principal of ClearPath Senior Holdings, LLC. Brent is also the Chief Executive Officer of Hampden Holdings, LLC. Hampden Holdings is a private equity firm. Brent earned a BA from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and a BS in Civil Engineering, along with his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He has served six years on the DePauw University Alumni Association Board of Directors and is currently serving as Vice President of the Alumni Association
Craig Toder is a Principal of Clearpath Senior Holdings, LLC. Craig is also the Chief Executive Officer of Ross & Baruzzini, an international design and engineering firm. Craig is also a principal of Lakeside Properties LLC, a real estate investment company that is located in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a Graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Amy Berger, Director of Business Operations, has worked with an affiliated company specializing in the Seniors Housing industry since 2007. Over this time, she has performed market studies on seniors housing properties and has been actively involved in transaction support, including directing the due diligence process for nearly $500,000 in seniors housing transactions. Her previous experience includes working for Mills Properties in residential real estate and also Consulting Solutions, a preparer of Environmental and Engineering Assessments. Amy graduated from Truman State University with a Master’s Degree in Education.
Matt Economon, Senior Associate, has been with ClearPath Senior Holdings, LLC since November 2014. Before joining ClearPath, Matt worked in the Home Mortgage Division at U.S. Bank. He earned a BS in Finance with an option in Real Estate in May 2011 from Missouri State University. Matt is also on the committee board for Guardian Angel Settlement Association's Annual Golf Classic and is involved with other events of the Association.
